My name is Ina, I am a lover of nature, surrounding myself with plant friends and being outside in the dirt.

As an artist and illustrator, I was looking for a way to integrate plant paintings into decor. They can brighten up a place that is not suited for plants and will stay green forever.

Living in Australia, I found it easy to grow succulents. After getting “hooked”, I discovered succulents in their infinite forms and colours a while ago and was fascinated with the big array of designs and styles there are. Some won’t make it into peoples houses as they are exotic or rare, but as a painting everyone is free to add them into their plant “family”. So I started to paint them…

Desert Denizens was made for all friends of Cacti, Succulents, Desert and Jungle environments, so that we all can add a bit of escapism and fun to our homes.
